Harness The Power Of The Tantra Goddess In Your Relationship

Ancient tantra, the definitive art of life and love, sees sexual relationships as an important path for tantric spiritual advancement. By default, those who practice tantra also create a unique bond of sacred love with their partner. When the relationship between partners is experienced in spiritual mode, the woman becomes a tantra goddess, and this catalyzes an uncanny closeness – a deeper connection defined by fun, laughter and supremely enjoyable sensations to enhance the relationship.

Tantra views woman as avatar of the archetypal tantra goddess. Her vagina is referred to as the ‘yoni’, or ‘sacred space’. This reverence is a typical expression of tantric love, and comprehending its deeper meaning unleashes a cosmic dance between the inner tantra god and tantra goddess. Tantra love manifests with a sense of losing oneself in this incarnation. The actual union of the tantra god and tantra goddess within our hearts leads to a relationship that is complete in all respects.

The integral concept behind the tantra goddess ‘puja’ (worship) is that all the subtle sensual energies are visualized to be residing within the body. They are worshipped, invoked and welcomed as honoured guests at the feast of love. Tantric energy chants and rituals are offered to this deity of divine womanhood with specific energy-sounds, which are hummed and visualized within her.

Followers of ancient tantra worship the tantra goddess through the invocations of the ‘Dasa Mahavidyas’ and the nine tantric chakras. Under the guidance of an accomplished tantra teacher, students find themselves turning inwards and becoming aware of deep spiritual truths. They awaken to their dormant inner energy (essential for great sex) and experience an enhancement of their bodies’ sensitivity. The tantra master guides them in expressing their innermost feelings and emotions to achieve holistic communion with their partners. This communion is eventually expressed in every single aspect of the relationship.

The sexual energy lying dormant within all of us is most effectively awakened through the worship of the tantra goddess. It channels tantric energy throughout the body and percolates into every facet of life, expressing itself most powerfully in romantic and sexual relationships. It is a time-tested path to pleasure, sensuality, satisfaction and intimacy in relationships.

A relationship in the context of ancient tantra is a quest of continuously seeking and finding states of happiness and delight. Refining our pleasures through the instructions of a tantra master helps us attain advanced levels of spiritual accomplishment. We experience the ultimate purity of being in love. As we master the intricacies of tantra breathing and visualizations, we are able to draw life-force
and sexual energy up the ‘Sushumna Nadi’ and further to the chakras in the brow (Agyna chakra) and the crown (Sahasrara chakra). This ignites all the chakras on the way up. This concentration of tantra energy then spreads across the body, so that it becomes sensually alive.

How does the way of the tantra goddess help you?

Your partner will adore the way you meet her needs. It will bring renewed love and spice into your relationship. Tantra believes that lovemaking is a heightened state of mind that starts long before you get to the bedroom. Can you truly consider your emotional, sexual and spiritual existence complete without understanding and harnessing its secrets?

Achieving Tantra Orgasm With Tantra Positions

The mystery of the tantra orgasm by use of  tantra positions can never really be understood by the uninitiated. There is simply too little authentic information about this phenomenon available. Only a genuine student of tantra can receive this precious knowledge from a tantra teacher. Under his tutelage,  even the most esoteric secrets of a woman’s tantra orgasm can unfold and be put to use.

The woman’s tantra orgasm certainly cannot be understood by study of the works of Dr. Freud and veteran sexologists like Masters and Johnson. All that these stalwarts seem to agree on is that women can experience a basic level of orgasm through clitoral stimulation. Even today, this is the only way many women can achieve an orgasm, but not through clitoral stimulation alone. Ancient tantra answers a burning question: why do men respond so well to genitals stimulation, while most women tend to remain unresponsive to  it unless they are already aroused?

Your tantra master will explain to you that the male energy is always in an active mode of transmission, which is why even a feather’s touch is sufficient to arouse a man. However, a woman needs her ‘shakti prana’ to be activated before her genitals can respond to physical stimulation. For a woman to achieve a deep orgasm, good circulation of ‘shakti prana rasa’ energy is essential. This is achieved by practicing the authentic 64 tantra prana exercises,  some of which are referred to as ‘Tantra Sambhogam Vidhi’ mentioned in the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra.

These, coupled with certain sound modulations, can help women who do have difficulties with climaxing to achieve explosive tantra orgasms. In fact, these techniques can help even the most jaded or unresponsive woman to become multi-orgasmic. By the expansion of her consciousness, her orgasms also deepen in quality and intensity. These ‘tantra rasa’ techniques can develop her mind-body connection to a very superior level.

These tantra techniques can also be adapted to benefit men. However, ancient tantra is unequivocal about one basic fact – women have larger capacity for sexual pleasure than men. The quintessential tantra goddess can experience a deep tantra orgasm from the ‘Charmananda bindu’ (or super-explosive vaginal energy release zone) deep inside her body, rather than the localized feeling most other women have with clitoral stimulation.

Though most health and women’s magazines overflow with articles  on sexual positions that guarantee orgasms for women, the fact remains that only about 25% of all women orgasm through intercourse alone. Though G-spot stimulation can bring about intense orgasms, most women have never experienced it – not because of physical problems, but because her partner lacks proper technique or endurance. Tantra sets such orgasms as psycho-spiritual evolutionary goals, and empowers the man with the ability to give them to his woman.

A final and sobering thought – ancient tantra states that if a woman has never known the utter bliss of a genuine tantra orgasm, it is an insult to her feminine force. With so much at stake, every man and woman should seek to achieve their highest sexual potential through the guidance of a qualified tantra master. Bear in mind that this is not a learn-at-home art, for tantra must be practiced solely under the supervision of a tantra teacher. Attempts at amateur practice without a tantra teacher can have serious repercussions on the mind, body and soul.

Ancient Tantra: Practice Of Yoni Tantra Massage

Ancient tantra teaches us that yoni massage is an excellent way of building trust between partners – a very vital factor in any relationship.  The yoni tantra massage is also used to assist women who need to break through sexual blocks or trauma by creating a powerful bond of safety.  Women who have had less-than-pleasant sexual experiences, and whose yoni was ‘used’ but not loved, can release these old hurts completely through the process of this ancient tantra technique, awakening to a new, love-centred sexuality. It can also remove emotional memories that manifest in the body as illnesses, tumors, chronic fatigue, depression and menstrual disorders.

The woman, catered to as a tantra goddess, should fully receive the gift without the expectation that she give back in any way. At all times during this tantra technique, the woman must be in the moment with sensual touch, without any goals to achieve. The central point of this spiritual, yet erotic massage is neither the technique or sequence, but the fact that it is a path leading to supreme conscious awareness of the yoni.

The practitioner must not proceed without expert guidance from an accomplished tantra teacher, for the yoni is in a very vulnerable state after a yoni massage. The practitioner must also remember that the practice of tantra yoni massage requires total concentration and a considerable stretch of dedicated time (two to three hours at the minimum).  It must necessarily be administered as part of a tantra ritual, since it intends to transform the divine space into a temple of love. Both partners must purify themselves with a bath or an extensive shower beforehand.

Your tantra master will caution you that this tantra technique can yield completely different effects each time.  Whatever the effects may be after each session, both partners treat each other with a lot of care.  After completion, the woman may be much more open and vulnerable, and a word said unmindfully can hurt much more than it would otherwise.

The yoni tantra massage consists of a unique combination of twirls, stokes and techniques, including ‘Shaktipat paddati’ and energizing subliminal points, stroking the soul and ‘Sahasraram Shuddhi paddati’. When used for healing, a yoni massage involves strokes designed for connecting the heart, mind and yoni in a deep state of meditation-induced relaxation. It must remain non-intrusive and empowering, both for the giver and receiver.

Finally, it is imperative to keep in mind that tantra and yoni tantra massage have strong repercussions on the mind, body and soul, and must be practiced solely under the supervision of a tantra teacher.
