Woman is the embodiment of the Tantra Goddess, and her Shakti is unlimited. Tantra attributes to every woman an abundance of sexual spiritual energy, and wasting it is a serious transgression. As a woman’s shakti unfolds within her, her energy turns her into a divine priestess – and an empowered human-being.
As a rule, every woman should have the ability to achieve a tantra orgasm so that she can reach her fullest spiritual potential. The tantra scriptures corroborate that a woman’s complete enlightenment is achieved by the intensity of her orgasmic potential.
A woman must enhance her own orgasmic potential using tantra techniques such as ‘Yoni Vajra Rahasayam‘ and ‘Shwaas Gati Paddhati’. These involve spreading the orgasmic energy throughout the body. It also involves visualizing the energy moving through the insides of the legs and up the knees and thighs to culminate in the vagina (or Yoni). This helps focus the tantra energy. This helps enhance the orgasmic response and is extremely beneficial for women who find it difficult to have orgasms.
Squeezing your yoni nadis without spreading the energy too much would be a good start. As you squeeze some more, you will find the energy from your muladhara (root) chakra building up slowly and intensely. Keep up the squeezing gently, without inducing discomfort. You must not let this energy dissipate – instead, hold it within.
Gently inter-mingle the shakti elements of tantric breath with the Yoni nadis and visualize a huge gust of energy moving rapidly up and down your body, rushing up to your crown chakra, striking it with intense spiritual force and returning to strike your muladhara chakra. This will extend the orgasm to twelve or more orgasms in rapid succession, leading you to higher levels of conscious awareness.
This is a powerful and ancient technique. Do not use it without the proper reverence and context. Tantra for women influences mind, body and soul simultaneously, and should be practiced under the expert supervision of an accomplished tantra teacher. Amateur instructions or unguided self-practice will not benefit you in any way and may even cause much harm.
Put your heart and soul into these techniques – there has to be an aspect of divinity in everything you try to achieve.

Ancient tantra is all about the divinity of love, and tantra sex is all about the intimacy that is important for a smooth experience in a relationship. It is through intimacy that two people can achieve a soul connection. For this reason, those who learn tantra are in no doubt about the importance of the orgasm.
The absence of orgasms can lead to problems in a couple’s intimate bond. Often, the woman is left unsatisfied. This can be because of the man’s lack of knowledge about tantra sex, or the woman’s inability to overcome her inner blocks. Moreover, today’s modern lifestyles leave couples with no time to truly explore one another – or even themselves.
However, a tantra teacher will tell you that our essential nature clamors for a soul connection. We cannot be content with a mundane, mechanical existence, going through the motions of life without living. The soul yearns to find that special person to connect with completely and totally. In ancient times, people loved to live together in the truest sense, which is why the oldest scriptures on earth – the Vedas – talk about soul connection. Contrary to what we might believe, civilization was highly advanced in those days, and no one lived without this soul connection.
The art of tantra is a product of those same Vedic scriptures. As a bold blend of scientific truths and philosophy which holds the answers to all relationship problems, including those that plague people the most today – sexual disinterest, impotence and general lack of intimacy. Ancient tantra believes that an orgasm is everyone’s birthright, since it is the closest one gets to spiritual ecstasy in temporal life.
Men have it easy for various reasons. It is anatomically easier to for them to become aroused, and society also condones a man’s sexual experimentation. With this illusion of freedom, men seldom realize that their orgasms are mere releases. It is pure biology at work, not the soul weaving its magic. Women, on the other hand, have it tougher because their orgasms are more complicated; also, social norms make it difficult for them to experiment and find themselves.
With the right tantra techniques, a woman can finally experience extremely satisfying orgasms with a man who cares enough about her to take her there.

Tantra meditation can help bring us back in touch with ourselves – and with what truly matters in our lives. The art of tantra is all about transcending the superfluous and reconnecting with our elemental core. Never has there been a greater need to practice tantra mediation than today…
Mankind has strayed far from the elements that ancient Tantra upholds as holy and paramount. We are chronically obsessed with the development and acquisition of sleeker cell phones, smaller Ipods, faster Internet connections and smarter refrigerators. The human race continuously strives to improve its own situation better – unfortunately, in the constant search for something that is smaller, bigger, faster and jazzier, we have forgotten how to appreciate what we already have, or rather, had – the soul connection.
Is sitting in America and video-chat with friends or relatives in India real connection? We have adopted a false ideal – that of instant gratification, money, mechanical partying and mechanical loving. We think we are making things easier, but something as basic is being lost. We are experiencing a slow degradation of the soul. Bodies come together, but a tantra master will point out that this conjoining is incomplete to the point of unwholesomeness. Minds exchange ideas, but there is no common meeting ground of the spirit. Ideas, thoughts and emotions remain disjointed, dry and bereft of true life.
Those who learn tantra must choose not to be blind to the fact that relationships are at their worst point ever, and that the soul-to-soul connection –the very crux of interactions – is being steadily eroded. While the most basic tantra lessons lie ignored by the wayside, relationship fixers, marriage counsellors and lawyers mint money from the disconnect.
No one recognizes this as a serious problem. We are contend with coping as best as we can, either by ourselves or by paying for services that are ultimately useless. Modern science does not acknowledge a mind-body-soul connection and treats bodily ailments in isolation, cutting off its connection to the soul and mind. However, ancient tantra hold the key to this problem – a problem that arises when we lose the connection with our mind and thereby fail to connect with others. When you practice tantra meditation, you open the portal to your soul.
In this context, here are two simple Tantra meditation techniques:
1) Watching-The-Breath Tantra Meditation:
Pay close attention to your breath for a few minutes. Relax, close your eyes and focus on inhaling and exhaling slowly and comfortably. In this tantra breathing technique, you must breathe through your nose, involve the diaphragm and allow oxygen all the way to the inner core of your lungs. Visualize a energy-cord from the bottom of your feet to the main energy-cord attached to your spine.
If your mind starts wandering during this tantra exercise, re-focus your attention on breathing in and out. Keep doing this for 10 minutes without a break, and you will feel energy well up within yourself. This energy will draw only those people who love and appreciate you.
2) Zero-Mind Tantra Meditation:
Visualize a garbage dump and empty all thoughts your mind conjures up into it. Sit still in a tantric cross-legged position and let your mind go silent. The root cause of disconnect within ourselves stems from negative foreign energy being stuck in the body. When this virulent energy overshadows your real energy, it results in inner disconnect and disharmony.
A word of caution: Tantra influences mind, body and soul simultaneously. One must therefore practice tantra only under the vigilant guidance of an experienced tantra teacher. Amateur instructions or unguided practice will not yield in any benefits.

Bhairav Tantra encompasses several facets of our life. It prescribes a systematic conduct for structuring our learning of Tantra techniques, and on achieving reunion with Supreme Consciousness. In instructing you on Bhairav Tantra, your Tantra teacher aims to help you realize your true Self by focusing your attention to any physical or non-physical object. You will then meditate on this object to the exclusion of everything else.
The art of Tantra is not just about a bunch of postures or meditative techniques; ancient Tantra is, in fact, a way of sadhana or self-realization. Bhairav Tantra addresses the eight steps to awakening or Nirvana, as authoritatively declared by Rishi Patanjali. The eight astangas or subdivisions of awakening our inner consciousness through Tantra practices are yamas, niyamas, asanas, pranayamas, pratyahara, dharana, dhyana, and samadhi.
The Tantric yamas teach us conscientious and interpersonal behavior. While instructing you in these, your Tantra teacher will direct you to avoid untruthfulness, thieving and avarice. Ahimsa (or non-violence and kindness towards all living beings) is the first step towards self-realization. Communicating what is right and moderation in all the Tantra sadhanas is revered and sublime.
The Tantric niyamas teach us what inner values we should have towards ourselves: flexibility, cleanliness, peacefulness, devotedness and austerity. They teach us to always abide by discipline and accept the Supreme Intelligence that exists beyond ourselves, and to accept our limitations in relation to this Supreme Intelligence (or God).
In the Tantric asanas, the Tantra master has us focus on Tantra posture practice session, aligning the body and integrating tantric breath to attain higher consciousness of mind, body and soul. The mind needs to be conscious and at ease, without stress, and must be able to observe the responses of the body and breath to varied Tantra positions. These minimise the dietary and climatic influences on the body.
Pranayama in Tantra is highly advanced in its restraint and control of the tantric breath, dynamically stimulating and balancing our mind and body.
Pratyahara through Tantra is the relaxation of our sensory faculties so that nothing can disturb or unfocus the mind.
Tantra Dharana is the power to channel the mind towards a preferred objective and center in on that exclusively.
Tantra Dhyana (or meditation) is the power to evolve concentrated interactions on what we attempt to realize in Tantra.
Finally, Tantric Samadhi constitutes the supreme state of Self-realization in Tantra.

Ancient Tantra assures that by practicing Tantra breathing, you free yourself of the stress that plagues your life. You will be able to use Tantra breathing to relax, and to finally experience relaxation as the natural state of your being.
Deep Tantra breathing is both calming and energizing. The Tantra energy you feel after a few minutes of careful Tantra breathing is not uneasy or forceful – it is the calm, steady energy we all need. Slow, steady, and quiet Tantra breathing delivers a soothing internal massage to your nervous system.
The Tantra breathing technique called Prana tattwa should be practiced in the morning, and on an empty stomach. This will release an optimum amount of Tantra energy into the system.
1. To begin this Tantra technique, sit with your spine as straight as possible. Use a chair if necessary, but don’t slump into it. Keep your feet flat on the floor, with the knees directly over the center of your feet. Use a book or cushion under your feet if they do not rest comfortably on the floor. Keep your hands on the tops of your legs.
2. Close your eyes gently and let them rest behind closed lids.
3. Visualize your ribs, at the front, back, and at the sides of your body. Your lungs are behind those ribs.
4. Begin the Tantra breathing routine by feel your lungs filling up, your ribs expanding out and up. Feel your lungs emptying, your ribs coming back down and in. Don’t push the breath.
5. The first few times you do this Tantra breathing technique, do it only for five minutes. Gradually step up to ten minutes.
Practicing Prana tattwa Tantra breathing for a few minutes each day gradually prepares you for learning the various advanced Tantra postures/mudras and kriyas.
Obtaining expert guidance from an experienced, authentic Tantra teacher while practicing ancient Tantra breathing is extremely important. Remember that by practicing these Tantra techniques, you are fundamentally inviting powerful forces of self-realization into your life. When these ancient Tantra techniques are practiced under expert supervision, they have the potential to change your life to the core.

In this day and age people have started looking upon life like they would upon coffee – they want it instant. Nirvana is no less for them. They want that in an instant too. This hunger for everything – fame, riches, sex – has had most people reaching out for quantity, not quality, reducing what could be unimaginable pleasure to a mere fraction of its potential.
Most relationships are fragmented because there is little time and energy to enjoy what they have as they spend most of their time striving for more. This continuous desire feeds on itself, and it seems that the more you get, the more you want; nothing is ever enough. And thus unhappiness is created and most people end up abusing alcohol, drugs etc to “escape” reality and Whatever bit of happiness is snatched from a few fleeting moments, is short-lived as no one can escape reality.
A quick fix is wanted for every situation and desire in life. But life is meant to be savoured, and hurrying through the journey to the finishing line is hardly the most qualitative way to live. With the kind of environment that most of us grow up in and live in, it is hard for most of us to believe that there is any other way to live.
But Tantra says that there is an alternative, the only alternative; in fact, it is the only way to live as Happiness comes from the simple things in life. Tantra dates back to eternity and originated in India for expanding the human consciousness and ecstatic states of bliss and peace.
It’s a spiritual lifestyle that is grounded in simple embodied practices that return us to our natural state of inner freedom and divine love. There are many different levels within Tantra, offering different principles of awareness and practice.
A proper, dedicated study of Tantra under the guidance of Acharya Subhojit Dasgupta will empower you with the right means and methods of enjoying a satisfying sensual life, which in turn will enable you to be well and truly happy. Tantra is not a religion, but a way of life. The good life. Tantra shows us the right path to peace of mind; Tantra shows us the right path to true happiness.
