The art of Tantra is the art of Love, and to share love and be loved is the essence of life. Without love, there can be no life. Yes, the definition of love and loving relationships has changed drastically in contemporary times… but the essence of being loved and caring for someone remains the same.
Tantra tells us that love is energy, just as everything in the cosmos is – energy that can be harnessed and channeled to achieve its highest potential. The power to do so lies in all of us, yet few ever manage to tap it sufficiently.
How can this ancient science of life and love help us access and express this dormant love energy within us? There are several Tantra techniques focused on deepening the love experience shared between living beings.
By applying these, a tantra teacher can help couples struggling with love to achieve a heightened state of being. The journey of discovery begins when two souls earnestly seek to deepen the inner connection with their sensual divine, and also with one another.
The secrets of tantra encompass techniques of which modern therapy knows nothing, for these secrets have only been handed down from one tantra master to another. Through these select exponents of an ancient art, a seeker can learn techniques that lead to finely tuned levels of bonding.
Love becomes much more than just a fleeting feeling. Touch becomes more than just tactile exploration, and sex far more than a mechanical act. By applying specific techniques with the help of an experienced tantra teacher, couples can reach the very peak of spiritual connection.
Tantra refers to love in its highest state as ‘a direct experience’ for the mind, body and soul. If practiced diligently and under expert guidance of a tantra master, this powerful spiritual science can deepen the inner connection between partners.
It can elevate love from being an unreliable convulsion of hormones and instincts to a spiritual way of sharing life. When experienced in such a spiritually charged framework, love heals, nurtures and comforts both partners constantly.
Think beyond the sexual aspects of tantra, and reflect for a moment on when the best sex takes place. That’s right – when both partners are deeply in love and connected to each other.
Viewing this science as a mere tool to boost one’s sexual experience is therefore missing the point. Tantra helps you achieve your highest sexual potential because it raises your ability to love deeply.
Your partner becomes more than just a receptacle of your lust – he or she becomes a tantra goddess or god – an object of adoration and worship. By applying his knowledge of this sacred science, a tantra teacher helps you reach this advanced state of emotional evolution.
Are you ready for ultimate spiritual exploration within your partner and yourself? Are you prepared for a journey that will lead you to hitherto unsuspected levels of happiness and spiritual connection with your partner?
Are you willing to abandon the misconceptions of your mind and ego and embrace the true cosmic interpretation of love, sex and true emotional and physical bliss? Then allow tantra into your life – and discover why and how it has transformed relationships throughout the ages.

As we all know, tantra techniques are a system of meditation that encompasses the most dynamic principles of tantra yoga, mudras and yantras. In fact, tantra, as an area of study and as a way of life, holds immense self-transformative potential for the human mind.
However, it is necessary to acquire thorough understanding of Tantra under the guidance of a qualified tantra teacher in order to experience the life-transforming powers of tantra techniques.
As a student of tantra, you will learn:
• Specific, time-triggered reciting of tantric mantras (energized tantric sounds and incantations)
• The use of various tantra yoga techniques that includes pranayama (tantra breathing) and tantric yantra visualizations in a structured process of tantra meditation
By activating the tantric mandalas, it is possible attain spiritual enlightenment. In fact, samadhi (or supreme enlightenment) relies heavily on various tantra techniques and teachings. Yes, that’s right – it is possible to achieve an extremely high level of awareness with the help of the tantra path).
At the end of this path lies an unexplainable joy – the state of ‘Sat-Chit-Ananda’. Following the path that leads to this state – and finally attaining it - is the penultimate purpose of these techniques and practices.
Okay, now for the big question – how does tantra work in life and love (and before you even ask, in sex?) Well, the fact is that apart from its spiritual applications, tantra also has great relevance in our day-to-day existence. It can improve any area of our lives, and that includes the emotional and physical realms.
Globally, tantra has received a ‘sexy’ tag. Though not entirely inappropriate, the misdirected publicity that has put the full focus on the sex-enhancing powers of tantra has been the bane of the tantra master.
As any tantra teacher will tell you, sex is just one of the most integral aspects of the tantric path. Unfortunately, countless men across the globe have wasted a lot of their time and money trying to find in tantra the fountainhead of everlasting youth and sexual satisfaction to help them keep going all night.
Let me clarify – yes, it is absolutely possible to enhance your sexual performance and pleasure through tantric techniques. However, there is no shortcut to sexual tantra nirvana – the fundamental techniques must be practiced under the tutelage of an authentic tantra teacher before that can happen.
Some of initial lessons may appear unnecessary, but they themselves are not the final goal. Rather, they are essential psycho-spiritual tools for achieving specific levels of tantric awareness. And as soon as proficiency in their practice is achieved, they segue naturally into the advanced techniques that add the sought-after ‘orgasmic heights’.

Here is a sad fact – nothing that you ever hoped to gain from the ancient art of tantra will come to fruition if you follow one of its pop-culture variants.
The market is rife with people expounding knowledge of tantra techniques that they claim to have acquired from the East. The fact is that many of them have only been exposed to or understood limited aspects of the vast body of tantra knowledge.
You, who seek the true path, need more than superficial knowledge and concoctions of half-truths mixed with New Age fables aimed at a good, fast read. There is a reason why there is so much secrecy surrounding the authentic spiritual Tantra practices – it is meant only for true seekers.
The tantric way is far from easy. It is Tantra is the very life blood of spiritual practice, and this blood rushes in hot streams. It has the power to utterly vanquish all futile concepts of happiness and replace them with a fierce new path of unthought-of bliss and power.
For that reason, its ways are preserved for those who genuinely wish to transform their lives. Tantra is not the way of the Lotus Eater – it is the path of the tiger.
To learn tantra, you need unswerving motivation, genuine intentions and unyielding integrity of purpose. Because of all the puerile, soft-core hype that has been attached to tantra and tantric techniques in the recent past, your tantra teacher may have to help you unlearn everything you have picked up about this sacred science so far.
Ask yourself this: we claim to have all the comforts of modern life, but are we feeling pleasured at all? How many orgasms have you had in your entire life? According to the most recent research, close to 70% of all women alive today have never reached an orgasm during sexual intercourse.
In most cases, human beings have surrendered to a future bereft of anything close to true pleasure. They are instead satisfied with the fleeting satisfaction of wealth amassment and electronic gadgetry - and the cold comfort of superficial spiritual boluses.
The order of the ancient tantra master knew where humankind was headed. These pioneers of tantra may not have seen iPads, the vibrators and the unfortunate arrival of Viagra in their visions of the future, but they knew that we are chronically focused on Easy Street.
They knew that in the end, even the sacred teachings that they held would be diluted, bastardized and served up in impotent forms for the consumption of those who would not choose the path of authentic tantra.
Disturbed by these visions, they wrapped their hard-earned knowledge in the cloak of almost impenetrable secrecy. The traditional secrets of tantra were only handed down a bloodline of genuine tantra teachers.
These teachers survive to the present day, and they hold the key to the True Path. By learning and using authentic tantric techniques under their supervision, you can still discover how to live life to the fullest.
The Path of Tantra cannot be divorced from its fundamentals; but by learning the intricacies of tantric breathing and visualization from a genuine tantra master, you can learn how to trigger the charmananda bindu to release sexual energy from the sex organs up the spine to the back of the brain. You can learn how to ride the waves of tantric orgasm and also achieve enlightenment.
